Join me at the stunning Laundry Garden in LLanrhaedr on 28th July from 5.30 - 7 pm. We will explore the gardens and feel inspired for a nature-themed yoga class. This practice will help ground you and connect to this wonderful setting overlooking the Clwydian Hills. All levels welcome. Cost: £15

From being introduced to beautiful Essaouira in 2018 through a close friend who lives there, I didn’t hesitate in returning to hold my first yoga retreat the following year.
